Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product Quality Issues: If a product is damaged, contaminated, or fails to meet our published specifications
  • Shipping Damage: If products are damaged during transit
  • Incorrect Orders: If we send the wrong product
  • Temperature Breach: If cold-chain products arrive above safe temperature thresholds

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@ultimalabs.au within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of any issues, and a description of the problem
  3. Return Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions
  4. Ship Product: Return the product in original packaging with our prepaid shipping label
  5. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 3-7 business days (depending on your bank)

Non-Returnable Items
